Municipality of Almelo

The Municipality of Almelo is receiving a subsidy from the Province of Overijssel under the Longer Independent Living scheme. With this investment, Almelo can continue work in the Achter de Molen and Westerdok neighborhoods to align homes with the growing demand for future-proof living.

A new exhibition featuring work by the Linda Biemans Sculpture School and artist Leonie Stellema has been on display in the Almelo Art Towers since June 4. The exhibition was opened on Thursday, June 4, by Alderman for Culture Margreet Overmeen-Bakhuis.

The municipality warns of the risks of illegally entering vacant properties, including those on Haven Noordzijde.
